Christopher Kemp has for a number of years specialised in clinical negligence and personal injury litigation. He deals with a wide range of clinical negligence actions but has a particular expertise in cerebral palsy and erb’s palsy claims. He acts for both claimants and defendants.
His personal injury work, which is predominantly for claimants has an emphasis on claims relating to severe head and spinal injuries (often in a sporting context).
Additionally he has been involved in very large CICA claims and litigation arising out of the professional mismanagement of both clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
He regularly represents the medical profession in GMC disciplinary hearings and Inquests. Christopher speaks fluent French and German.
