Eliot’s personal injury practice covers all areas of work, with a particular emphasis on accidents abroad, military and aviation claims, disease work and catastrophic brain and spinal injury claims. He is involved in a number of group actions, one of the most recent of which concerns over a thousand Claimants in a gastric illness claim arising from a package holiday in the Dominican Republic.

Eliot’s clinical negligence practice is wide ranging, acting on behalf of Claimants and the NHSLA. In the last year, he has been involved in cases involving obstetrics, oncology, psychiatric illness, gynaecology, orthopaedics, physiotherapy, gynaecology and neurosurgery.

Eliot Woolf regularly attends inquests and appears on behalf of applicants in the CICA. He recently acted for the family in an inquest into the death of a compulsorily detailed mental health patient who died during the course of a restraint.

Eliot is involved in a number of professional negligence arising out of mishandled personal injury and clinical negligence actions.
