Instructed by Trade Unions and large companies in large scale redundancy and transfer of undertakings cases, including injunctions to prevent dissipation of assets.
Particular expertise in big industry, print and broadcasting media and the health sector.
Extensive Central Arbitration Committee experience, including workplace ballots and union recognition.
Disciplinary and regulatory work: Regularly instructed in disciplinary matters before the General Medical Council, the Health Professions Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Considerable experience of statutory appeals from these bodies to the High Court.
