Keith Bryant was called in 1991 and specialises in all aspects of employment law and pensions law. His practice in these areas covers both advisory work and litigation and he appears regularly in the tribunals, High Court and appeal courts. Recent employment cases include Farooq v Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis (UKEAT/0542/07; first employment tribunal national security case involving special advocate), Brown v London Borough of Islington ([2008] All ER (D) 28 (Aug)) and British Airways v Williams and others ([2008] ICR 779, EAT and [2009] EWCA Civ 281, a multi-claimant holiday pay test case). Recent pensions cases include Scania v Wager and others ([2007] 50 PBLR, [2007] EWHC 711) and Foster Wheeler v Hanley and others ([2008] EWHC 2926 (Ch) and [2009] EWCA 651).

Keith is also regularly instructed in judicial review and commercial law cases. Recent cases include Marrion and others v London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority and others ([2008] EWHC 1075 (Admin) and [2009] EWCA Civ 450, JR relating to Firefighters' Pension Scheme).

Keith sits as a Part-time Employment Judge. He is also a Registered Practitioner at the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
