Robin Tolson was called to the Bar in 1980. He took silk in 2001. He is a Deputy Judge of the High Court and is currently the Leader of the Western Circuit.

A specialist in all aspects of the law relating to children having appeared in many of the leading cases, Robin Tolson also practices regularly in public law and ancillary relief on divorce.

Robin is married with two teenage daughters. He is a thoroughly mediocre runner, triathlete, tennis player, skier and goalkeeper who has also been known to read and take in the occasional film in his spare time.
