Having spent the first 5 years at the Bar experiencing an extensive range of general common law litigation, including a considerable volume of Personal Injury and Employment Tribunal work , Samantha Presland has chosen to become more specialist in the fields of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, in particular industrial disease work. She has also managed to successfully combine the advocacy skills honed in ET work with her clinical negligence experience by undertaking regulatory and disciplinary cases in the GMC and various other professional regulatory bodies.

She acts for Claimants and Defendant's alike; and brings to each and every case the same analytical approach, attention to detail and approachable manner.
