J v (1) C (2) E (A CHILD) (2006) [2006] EWCA Civ 551

Since marriage was exclusively the union of a man and a woman the phrase "the other party to that marriage" in the Family Law Reform Act 1987 s.27(1)(b) Act referred to a man.
