Re Mayflower plc

In 2006-2007 Robert Rhodes QC chaired the first tribunal set up by the Accountancy Investigation & Discipline Board, after the collapse of Mayflower plc, a quoted company in which a former Prime Minister had at one stage been a non-executive director. He produced a 250 page judgment in this landmark case.
