Members of Chambers are experienced in representing and advising clients in respect of accidents and claims concerning the course of carriage, especially by sea and air and involving the Athens or Warsaw / Montreal conventions, such as cruise ship claims and air accidents.
We have particular expertise in respect of vehicle accidents abroad, which potentially involve the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.
