The education law team at Outer Temple Chambers offers a full range of advice and representation on all educational matters acting for or against educational institutions from nurseries through to universities. We also act for the Secretary of State for Education and other public bodies and quangos. Members bring to their education law work complementary expertise in judicial review, employment and professional conduct, personal injury, professional negligence, and discrimination.
