Victory for members in IMG Pension Plan battle

Members of the IMG Pension Plan (a UK pension scheme of which the main sponsoring employer is International Management Group (UK) Ltd, part of the global media group founded and owned by the late Mark McCormack) have secured a significant victory in an important and wide-ranging judgment handed down today by Mr Justice Arnold sitting in the Chancery Division of the High Court.
