Aaron started clerking at Outer Temple Chambers in 2006. He has general responsibility for court listings and assists Graham Woods and Paul Barton who are responsible for promoting and managing the practices of barristers in personal injury and clinical negligence law. His other areas of responsibility include managing the junior clerks and general clerking administration.

He is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and is currently undertaking the Btec course specifically designed for clerking staff.
