Mark works in the clerking team responsible for managing and promoting the practices of barristers who specialise in Pensions, Employment & Discrimination and Commercial & Business Law. He is responsible for ensuring that the service provided is professional and of the highest quality. He is also responsible for practice development, booking of cases, negotiating fees, billing and general clerking administration. He started clerking in 2003 and has been at Outer Temple since 2006.
He is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and has passed the Btec course specifically designed for clerking staff.
