Graham has experience in all aspects of contentious employment law. He receives instructions in the Employment Tribunal, EAT and High Court, and has a particular specialty in Equal Pay work.

Graham is also on the approved panel of counsel for the Equal Opportunities Commission

Graham has represented RMT, ALSEF and TSSA trade unions at the Ladbroke Grove Rail Inquiry Parts I & II
