Roderick has experience in all aspects of contentious employment law. He receives instructions in the employment Tribunal, EAT and High Court.

Roderick is on the panel of approved counsel for both Disability Rights Commission and the Equal Opportunities Commission.

Roderick has a particular speciality in stress at work claims, and recently represented the successful Claimant in Daw v Corporation plc
