Mark Mullins represents military family following death overseas
In July 2016, Sergeant Oxley was killed whilst riding his motorbike on an RAF base situated in Cyprus. As evidence at a recent inquest confirmed, an American soldier, resident on the base at the time, turned his vehicle across Sgt Oxley’s path.
Mark Mullins recently represented the family of Sgt Oxley at that inquest. The inquest attracted national press attention, in part because of the way in which the American Forces have to date, sought to provide limited information regarding how the accident occurred.
Outer Temple Chambers continues to represent Sgt Oxley’s widow in her ongoing civil claim. Chambers has particular expertise representing Claimants in military claims, with a further emphasis on representing those who have been injured (or who have lost loved ones) overseas.
