“Accidents and illnesses abroad claims” APIL Course

Sarah Crowther of Outer Temple is jointly holding a one day APIL accredited course on running accidents and illnesses abroad claims.

The course, designed as a practical legal guide for practitioners, serious injury specialists and general practitioners, takes place on Tuesday 11th October 2016 in London and on Tuesday 1st November 2016 in Manchester.

It represents a valuable opportunity to learn about new challenges in travel and the law, international conventions, the practical issues in dealing with a foreign accident claim, what next for travel law, and much more.

Sarah is a specialist in all claims for injury, illness or accident involving an international element. She has acted in many landmark cases over direct actions against motor and public liability insurers across Europe and on the appropriate interpretation of EU law relating to claims on behalf of victims of uninsured or unidentified drivers where the accident is in the EU.
