Alex Cisneros to speak at ConTrA and Informa’s 8th annual contentious trusts event: Trusts in Litigation 2025

Alex Cisneros will be speaking at ConTrA and Informa’s 8th annual contentious trusts event ‘Trusts in Litigation 2025’ on Friday, 21 March 2025 in Rome.

The ‘Trusts in Litigation 2025’ is a three day conference, taking place from 19th to 21st March 2025 at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma in Rome. It aims at bringing together advisors from across the trusts industry to connect, debate, learn and network.

Alex Cisneros will be speaking alongside Alberto Brazzalotto of Maisto e Associati and Alain von Wattenwyl of Walder Wyss on ‘What have the Romans ever done for us?’ on 21st March from 10:35am to 11:35am. The panel session will cover:

• Comparing disclosure powers and duties in UK vs. mainland Europe
• Case study: High Commissioner for Pakistan v. Jah
