The ‘Trusts in Litigation 2025’ is a three day conference, taking place from 19th to 21st March 2025 at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma in Rome. It aims at bringing together advisors from across the trusts industry to connect, debate, learn and network.

Alex Cisneros Alex Cisneros is a specialist court of protection and private client barrister. He has experience handling significant contentious and non-contentious trusts and estates matters with a particular emphasis on mental capacity. He has particular experience of advising in relation to end of life planning involving wills and lasting powers of attorney. Alex has been involved in guidance cases involving the operation of deputyship and lasting powers of attorney in England and Wales and regularly represents the Office of the Public Guardian.
