He has worked on the projects of Aeroflot, Altimo, Ericsson, Vimpelcom, Norilskiy Nikel, Acron Group, Pension Fund of Russian Federation, Kortros Group, Avilon Group, Barkli Corp, Kommersant publishing house, RAO UES of Russian Federation, Sintez Group, Skolkovo Fund, Parlan publishing house, MIС Group, Rosvodokanal Group, PIK Group, Protek Group etc.

Alexey is involved in many legal educational projects, conferences and seminars. He is both author and co-author of publications on litigation, tax law and business restructuring in Russian and international legal and business press.
