Complex Cerebral Palsy case involving a dispute concerning interpretation of the trace and the appropriate response of clinicians. Case concluded with a value of £14.3 million which was settled as a lump sum and Periodical Payments Order.

DELAYED DIAGNOSIS BRAIN TUMOUR (2018)

Cerebral Palsy case leading to profound disability and 24-hour care regime. Case concluded with capital sum £4.1 million and Periodical Payments Order rising £79k to £145k to £165k – Capitalised value: £13.5 million.

DELAYED DIAGNOSIS CHOROID PLEXUS CARCINOMA (2018)

Child with co-morbid learning difficulties – blindness caused by breach of duty. Causation disputed. Case concluded with capital sum £1.25 million and Periodical Payments Order rising £42k to £82k to £100k – Capitalised value: £11 million.
