Prior to coming to the Bar, Danielle worked as a paralegal for a leading human rights law firm, where she assisted on matters including complex judicial review challenges, private law claims and the Covid-19 Inquiry.

Danielle graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class Honours in Jurisprudence, where she was awarded prizes for her exam performance in criminal law and tort law. Her dissertation focused on issues relating to the disclosure of medical risks, for which she achieved the joint highest mark in her cohort. Prior to starting pupillage, Danielle completed the Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.

Outside of academics, Danielle has volunteered on several projects related to disability rights and accessibility, an area in which she has a specific interest. She was awarded the TargetJobs Runner Up Undergraduate of the Year 2020 in recognition of her work in this sphere.
