Shabana Saleem is a barrister and family mediator with over ten years’ experience advising on complex cross-border family, private wealth and financial matters across the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia.
Her practice focuses on international family law, including divorce, financial remedies, private children disputes, nuptial agreements and family wealth restructuring. She is particularly experienced in matters involving multiple jurisdictions, international assets and the legal, financial and cultural complexities affecting globally mobile families.

Previously, Shabana worked in-house at leading Legal 500 UK law firms, with a particular focus on their HNW family clients. She has also spent four years in financial services regulation at the Financial Ombudsman Service and as a Consultant with Deloitte, advising on banking regulation, governance and financial risk. This background provides valuable insight into complex financial structures and complements her work on high-value financial remedy and private wealth disputes.
Shabana is based in Dubai and practices internationally, acting in matters involving England & Wales, the Gulf region and other cross-border jurisdictions.
