Ben Bradley obtains maximum CICA award

Ben Bradley (instructed by Irwin Mitchell LLP, London) obtained the maximum CICA award of £500,000 for his brain injured client; the initial CICA offer having been just over £20,000.

The assessment of the severity of the Claimant’s injuries; the quantification of his loss of earnings and the value of his claim for ongoing care all remained in dispute on appeal.
