A House of Commons Briefing Paper, “Coronavirus; Returning to Work”, has noted Gus Baker’s recent guidance on Coronavirus and Health & Safety Dismissals as a key reference point. Gus Baker’s guide, published last month, provides a detailed look at when employees will be protected from dismissal and detriment under Section 44 and Section 100 of the Employment Rights Act.
