Medicolegal issues for physiotherapists in sport – avoiding the pitfalls

Ben Bradley is speaking at this essential one day course for physiotherapists working in this specialist field. The course is aimed at providing an overview of the legal background to the law of medical or clinical negligence and as a risk management exercise for both physio therapists working in professional sport and the club as their employer. It will aim to raise awareness of the possible areas of exposure to risk and provide advice on how this risk can be reduced.

No ordinary art fair

For the second consecutive year Outer Temple Chambers is proud to be a sponsor of the Bloomsbury Art Fair. Clinical Negligence conference in Exeter

Date: 18th June 2012 – 10:30 to 16:00. Venue: The Peter Chalk Centre, Exeter University. This year Outer Temple Chambers is holding its annual clinical negligence conference in the West of England.
