Lucian ILIE will be moderating at the International Bar Association’s upcoming event entitled ‘IBA Arb40 – Award Writing Workshop’ which is being held in London on 25th November 2022. The IBA Arb40 Toolkit was created by the International Bar Association’s Arb40 Subcommittee to assist young arbitration practitioners in drafting of their first arbitral awards.  It offers practical guidance and tips for getting started, and writing, a reasoned and enforceable award.
