Claire van Overdijk – STEP 2017 expert

We are pleased to announce that Claire van Overdijk has been listed by the 12th STEP Private Client Awards 2017/18 as a Panel Expert.

Claire has been nominated to assist in selection of the Charity Team of the Year. Her private client practice includes expertise in contentious probate, family provision claims and trusts. In the mental capacity context, Claire advises in relation to LPA/EPAs, deputy applications, gift and statutory will applications and removal/substitution of P as trustee.

This year’s STEP Private Client Awards Ceremony will take place on Wednesday 6 September 2017 at the Westminster Park Plaza Hotel in London.
