Cliff collapse tragedy on the Jurassic Coast

Ben Compton QC appeared for the National Trust at the inquest into the death of Caroline Blackman following the fatal cliff fall at Burton Bradstock on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset last year.

Having heard all the evidence, the Coroner made it clear that in his opinion, the National trust had done all it reasonably could to publicise the dangers of cliff falls in this area.
