Collective redress in the UK; the shortcomings – by Sarah Moore at our Product Liability Conference

Sarah Moore of Leigh Day presented a talk on ‘Collective redress in the UK; the shortcomings’ at Outer Temple’s half day product liability conference ‘Running product liability, aviation and mass tort claims in the UK & US’. The video and slides are now available.

Outer Temple Chambers hosted a half day conference on product liability claims in the UK and the US in early September 2024. Our specialist barristers were joined by colleagues from around the world to discuss a range of product liability issues and claims, including the differences in defending claims in the UK and the US, the Boeing 737 litigation, and recent vaccine litigation claims, amongst other topics.

The recordings of this event are now available online. At the second half of the conference, Sarah Moore of Leigh Day presented a talk on ‘Collective redress in the UK; the shortcomings’.

The full slide deck from this presentation can be found here.
