Courtney Step-Marsden returns to Chambers from maternity leave

Outer Temple Chambers is pleased to share that Courtney Step-Marsden has returned from maternity leave.

Courtney will continue to practice on her core areas including Employment LawCourt of Protection, EducationPrivate ClientRegulatory and Commercial work. She looks forward to working with her current and new clients on her return.

Courtney Step-Marsden’s core practice includes Employment LawCourt of Protection, Education, Private ClientRegulatory and Commercial work.

Much of Courtney’s practice stems around disabilities, which is a particular interest of hers. In the Employment Tribunal, she has extensive experience representing claimants and respondents in discrimination proceedings, often with a particular focus on the failure to make reasonable adjustments and Section 15 Equality Act 2010. Through both her Education practice and Court of Protection work, Courtney has gained extensive experience dealing with complex disabilities and presentations.
