David Russell QC at “Frontier Markets” Conference in Dubai

David Russell QC of Outer Temple Chambers is due to speak at “Frontier Markets” conference in Dubai. This is a STEP Arabia event arranged to take place on 7th of November 2016.

The session aims to explore the importance of asset holding matter. Therefore it will cover regional developments, taxation and regulatory updates in this space.

The distinguished conference panel includes leading experts from the legal, accounting and wealth management industries. They are keen to advance the knowledge and education of professional advisers. Their outcome is also to identify together the most effective ways of managing gaps in law.

Event organisers, STEP Arabia, announce that Ashish J.Thakkar, the Founder of Mara Group and Mara Foundation, will open the discussions.

Trinity Group newspapers will interview David on “Islamic Issues & Governance, Regional Update”. This will take place within a special session called “A Conversation with David Russell QC.”

David is Chairman of the STEP International Client Special Interest Group. He is also a member of the STEP World Wide Council and various STEP Committees. His STEP Board member appointment starts from 1 January 2017.

Due to David’s experience in this arena, he is ideally placed to comment on these matters.
