Eliot Woolf recovers £7.9M in damages in the CICA

Following Gordon Bebb QC’s recent record CICA award, Eliot acted on behalf of an Applicant who suffered severe brain damage as a result of non-accidental injuries in the early weeks of his life. Although the Applicant retained good mobility, his brain injuries meant that he would require round the clock assistance. He was awarded £7.9M gross of benefits.

This case follows an award of £5.6M that Eliot secured before the CICA on behalf of another injured child in March 2011.
