Saul recently presented this webinar in a series of employment law seminars put together by Outer Temple’s Daniel Barnett.
In this Webinar Saul provided an overview of the law of vicarious liability with a particular focus on the two recent Supreme Court cases (Morrisons and Barclays) and the differences between the common law test and the test applicable to discrimination claims in the ET.

Saul is a leading junior in UK Employment Law and has extensive experience in the EAT, dealing in particular with complex and lengthy discrimination cases. Saul was recently instructed in Miller v Ministry of Justice (concerning the entitlement of fee-paid judges to a pension and other elements of pay).
