Eliot Woolf QC will be chairing this event. Eliot specialises exclusively in the fields of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury (domestic and international). His Clinical Negligence practice is wide ranging, representing both claimants and defendants. His Personal Injury work has a focus on catastrophic brain and spinal injury claims, military claims and foreign accident / group illness claims.
He is regularly ranked as a Leading Individual in each of his practice areas in both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Ian Denham is Head of the Travel Law Team. Ian is a personal injury practitioner with expertise in matters involving serious and catastrophic injuries, wrongful deaths and accidents abroad. He has a particular interest in cases with an international element, including claims raising conflicts of law and jurisdictional issues. Ian is Representative for England and Wales on the PEOPIL General Board and also Secretary of the PEOPIL RTA & Whiplash EEG.

Daniel Clarke practises in personal injury. He has a particular specialism in cases with an international element, including claims raising conflicts and jurisdictional issues. He also has experience of acting in claims in other jurisdictions, including in the Privy Council and in Jersey.
