Outer Temple Chambers is delighted to be part of London International Disputes Week (LIDW25) from 2nd June to 6th June 2025. Our members will be presenting at three talks during this week.

With this year’s focus being “Innovation in dispute resolution: navigating global risks”, LIDW25 will be covering a wide range of topics and themes presented by its member firms, including Outer Temple Chambers.

Outer Temple Chambers’ barristers will collaborate with other experts and speakers for three talks during the event; co-hosting ‘Hot topics in 2025 for international dispute resolution’ on 4th June, and joining panels on ‘US, UK and EU Sanctions at a Crossroads? Converging and diverging paths in legislation, policy and enforcement and their impact on disputes’, as well as ‘Fraud – International perspectives on court and regulatory actions’ on 5th June.

As global disputes become increasingly complex, the landscape of international dispute resolution is evolving to address emerging challenges.

  • The increasing importance of asset tracing for creditors and claimants seeking enforcement; and

US, UK and EU Sanctions at a Crossroads? Converging and diverging paths in legislation, policy and enforcement and their impact on disputes
