Sam Cuthbert has recently been invited to return to the Everton Fan Channel, Toffee TV’s, ‘More than A Game‘ podcast to discuss financial fair play, profitability and sustainability rule breaches by Leicester City, Nottingham Forest FC and Everton FC.

Outer Temple’s Sports Law Specialist, Sam Cuthbert, has been invited back to join John and Patric on the ‘More Than a Game’ podcast to discuss recent developments in the investigations of financial conduct of various English football league clubs.

Sam previously featured on the podcast in early March, discussing Premier League PSR, the ongoing cases for Everton and Nottingham Forest, and what it means for the future of the competition (click here to view). Sam was delighted to be invited back on the podcast this week to discuss financial fair play, profitability and sustainability rule breaches by Leicester City, Nottingham Forest FC and Everton FC.

Since Sam’s first recording on the podcast, the Nottingham Forest FC decision has been confirmed and published by the premier league, Leicester City FC has been charged with a PSR breach, as well as Everton FC’s second PSR hearing. Sam, John and Patric discuss all of the above in the ‘PSR Decisions ‘Inconsistent’ podcast’.
