The British Association of Brain injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM) is the leading membership organisation for professionals working in brain injury and complex case management. The event ‘The Litigation Jigsaw – Fitting the Pieces Together’ acted as a guide through the litigation journey to equip the developing case manager to understand where their role fits into the process from the outset of a case. It focused on the roles, responsibilities of the case manager and the expectations of all the key litigation professionals to provide an understanding of how the pieces of the jigsaw fit together.
Gerard McDermott KC spoke at the first talk of the day on the topic of ‘The Litigation Journey – Setting the Scene’ from 9:30am to 10:15am. Being the Chair of the event, Gerard also concluded the event at the end of the day with closing remarks.
