Gerard McDermott QC interviewed on LBC radio station on the London helicopter accident

Gerard outlined how air accidents are investigated, what outcomes there might be and what claims may be made.

His experience is mainly in military aviation where he has acted in three cases involving helicopter crashes – one of which was a three week inquest and contest on liability dealing with military aviation investigation.

He appeared on the Susan Bookbinder morning news programme and the James Whale Drive Time programme.
