ThoughtLeaders 4 FIRE (TL4 FIRE) are a global asset recovery community bringing together key practitioners across contentious insolvency, fraud litigation and international enforcement. They will be hosting a breakfast event on Tuesday 13th December at Outer Temple Chambers titled “It’s a wind up! Winding up foreign companies in London to unravel multi-jurisdictional fraud”.
Outer Temple’s Helen Pugh will be speaking at this event alongside Luke Harrison and Srishti Jain from Keidan Harrison and Robert Starkins from Grant Thornton.
After coffee, breakfast and registration Luke Harrison (Chair) will open the event followed by a panel discussion.

Helen Pugh specialises in general commercial litigation, civil fraud, contentious insolvency and company law issues, and professional negligence.
Her practice has a strong international element with expertise in jurisdictional disputes and conflict of law issues, including as they arise at an interim stage in applications for worldwide freezing orders and service out applications or on the substantive claim, and in the cross-border insolvency context.
