Panel members:

When crypto assets vanish into the ether, what practical steps can clients and their advisers take to trace, track and recover them? From the latest case law on service against persons unknown across borders to cutting-edge tracing technology and intelligence, our speakers will explore the full toolkit available to those pursuing stolen digital assets.

The session will also address how to manage the financial risks inherent in uncertain recoveries, ensuring clients do not throw good money after bad.
