Ian is a clinical negligence specialist with a particular expertise in claims arising from surgery performed abroad, which compliments his practice in cross-border personal injury law.

He specialises in cases with an international element, including claims raising conflicts of law and jurisdictional issues. Recent cases include negligent septorhinoplasty and liposuction performed in Belgium.
