Ian Denham to speak at APIL International Injuries Conference in London

Outer Temple’s Travel Law specialist, Ian Denham, will be speaking at the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) International Injuries conference on the 30 November at the Marriott Hotel, Regents Park, London.

Ian Denham will be joining fellow travel law experts (many of whom are regular guest speakers at OTC’s travel law conferences), on the 30th November to discuss all things travel law. Ian will kick off the APIL’s 8th annual international injury conference with his talk on “Direct actions and using Rome II” which will include the following topics:

• Rome II article 18
• Pruller Frey
• Insurance policy limits under foreign law and what is included
• Claims against insurers

Ian is a leading personal injury practitioner with a particular expertise in cross-border claims as well as claims with features of fraud, dishonesty and exaggeration and wrongful death claims.
