The Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers (ARDL) is a leading membership body for those working in regulatory and disciplinary law. The association holds over a thousand members and they regularly hold seminars in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh.
On 30th September they will be holding the ARDL 2nd Annual Conference 2022 at the Museum of London from 8:45am – 6:00pm.
Outer Temple’s prestigious barristers James Counsell KC and Fiona Horlick KC will both be speaking at the conference along with Alexandra Felix KC from QEB Hollis Whiteman. Their session is entitled ‘The big topics in regulation today from the KCs of regulation’ and they will be speaking from 11:15 – 12:40.
James Counsell KC holds a busy disciplinary and regulatory practice, regularly representing doctors, dentists, barristers, solicitors and those in the financial services sector in their respective disciplinary tribunals.
Fiona Horlick KC’s practice encompasses a wide variety of Regulatory work, Disciplinary proceedings. She has extensive experience as an advocate in all courts from the Privy Council (defending in murder appeals), the Court of Appeal, the High Court, Crown Courts (all types of crime), regulatory proceedings and inquests.
