Jaye Alderson was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2015 and holds rights of audience before the Courts of the DIFC. She splits her time between Sydney and Abu Dhabi. She appears in trial and appellate courts throughout Australia, and before public inquiries and commissions, often in high-profile, precedent-setting litigation. Since coming to the Bar, she has developed a strong business crime and regulatory practice, regularly acting in corruption inquiries, recovery proceedings, and freezing-order applications on behalf of public authorities. Jaye is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution.
Jaye has been ranked in the Asia Pacific Australian Bar Guide as Leading Junior – Tier 3 for Commercial Disputes. Leading juniors are those with significant experience of key cases, strong market recognition from both peers and clients, and are seen as future candidates for silk.
