The Crypto Fraud and Asset Recovery network (CFAAR) Cayman brings together attorneys, insolvency practitioners, fiduciaries, digital asset experts and other relevant professionals to develop networks and share best practices in relation to digital assets, digital asset recovery, and liquidations of funds investing in crypto and other digital assets.
CFAAR’s ‘Global Developments in Crypto Disputes’ panel session will bring together experts in digital assets and digital asset recovery from the US, UK and the Cayman Islands who will explore a number of topical global issues in cryptocurrency disputes.
Outer Temple’s Justina Stewart , alongside Clare Bradin of Conyers (Cayman), Steven S. McNew of FTI Consulting (Houston) and Chris Brodersen of Eisner Advisory Group (New Jersey) will discuss some of the most significant developments in the Cryptocurrency Disputes field including approaches to valuation date and legal personality, innovative methods of service, and the US regulatory enforcement landscape. The panel will also share their insights on jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, the UK, US, UAE and beyond.
