Harry Lambert joins Outer Temple Chambers in February, further expanding our stable of innovative barristers shaping the law in the fields of product liability, personal injury, clinical negligence, human rights, and related group litigation. His passion for technology and emerging trends provides for a unique and unrivalled practice touching on the interplay between tech and health.
He is particularly well known for his dynamism in the world of emerging medical tech, founding the Centre for Neurotechnology & Law, and authoring a 12 Part Series on Neurotechnology and The Law which has garnered much academic acclaim. It has been translated into several European languages and turned into a podcast run by the Italian equivalent of the Financial Times.
Harry has been instructed in most of the big product liability cases of recent years including: Hepatitis B vaccine, the nationwide commercial recall of intra-ocular lenses, metal on metal hips, Thalidomide and the Seroxat litigation in which Harry conducted a hearing against two KCs. It was listed as one of the Lawyer Magazine “Top 20 cases of 2019”. He is currently instructed in both the Grenfell and Mobile Telephone Voicemail Interception Litigations. He was also nominated for Group Litigation Junior of the Year at the Legal 500 UK Bar Awards 2024.
Harry is ranked in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for his Clinical Negligence, Group Litigation, Personal Injury and Product Liability expertise.
