As London International Disputes Week returns, this year with the theme “Tradition, trust and transformation in international dispute resolution”, delegates from around the world are getting ready to network, learn and discuss at one of the largest global gatherings of the international disputes community.
Outer Temple Chambers’ arbitration specialist, Sajid Suleman, will be joining a panel of esteemed speakers on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 from 9am to 10:30am to discuss ‘Enforcement Wars: Cross-Border Enforcement of Arbitration Awards’ over breakfast.

The panel will explore the strategic, procedural, and legal battles involved in enforcing arbitration awards across jurisdictions, drawing on recent case law and practitioner experience of enforcing awards from the Middle East and the CIS region in the English courts.

Sajid is a commercial barrister with a broad international practice spanning high‑value commercial litigation, civil fraud, construction and international arbitration. He acts for financial institutions, multinational corporates, investment funds, state‑owned entities and high‑net‑worth individuals. His work frequently concerns allegations of fraud, breaches of fiduciary and contractual duties, misfeasance and complex commercial wrongdoing.
