The IBA Arb40 Toolkit was created by the International Bar Association’s Arb40 Subcommittee to assist young arbitration practitioners in drafting of their first arbitral awards. It offers practical guidance and tips for getting started, and writing, a reasoned and enforceable award. During the training, participants will receive hands-on training from leading international practitioners. Participants will be divided into smaller groups and review a hypothetical award and the underlying papers. The aim is to present a view on the discovered flaws in the award, and redrafting or outlining corrected award sections.
Lucian will moderate one of the workshop groups which will be taking place at White & Case LLP on Friday the 25th of November from 14:00 to 19:00.
