The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) is a not-for-profit campaign group which has been committed to helping injured people for more than 30 years. The two-day conference will focus on the latest advancements in brain and spinal cord injuries, where renowned medical consultants, expert witnesses, and leading practitioners will be offering invaluable insights into catastrophic injury cases.
Nathan Tavares KC of Outer Temple Chambers, also a member of the JPIL Editorial Board, will be speaking alongside John McQuater of Switalskis Solicitors, Mark Harvey of Hugh James and Rachael Mulheron KC of Queen Mary University Hospital. The panel will discuss the ‘JPIL Case and Comment’ segment, sponsored by Thomson Reuters, on 16th May 2025 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
