International Financial Institution successful before its Administrative Tribunal in Greece

Last month, Alex Haines and Alexandra Sidossis successfully represented and appeared on behalf of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (“BSTDB”), the Respondent in this case, before its Administrative Tribunal in Thessaloniki, Greece, where the BSTDB is headquartered. This was the first time in more than one decade that a case had been heard by the Administrative Tribunal. All grounds of appeal were dismissed and the Tribunal found that no internal laws of the BSTDB had been breached.
